Meetings, presentations, negotiations: Structure your speech and gain confidence in your professional interactions in English.…
Introduction
Une formation tournée vers les métiers du tourisme d'aujourd'hui et de demain
Improve your fluency in English and learn to communicate with greater precision and confidence in your professional interactions. Whether you’re participating in a meeting, presenting a project, advocating for an idea, or interacting with English-speaking colleagues, this training course will help you structure your speech and adapt your communication to various workplace situations.
Through real-life scenarios and targeted exercises, expand your professional vocabulary, improve your spoken and written English, and become more spontaneous so you can communicate more fluently and persuasively.
Target Audience
This training is designed for employees, job seekers, recent graduates, and individuals undergoing career transitions who already have a basic knowledge of English and wish to improve their communication skills in a professional context. It is particularly well-suited for individuals who are required to participate in meetings, present information, or communicate regularly in English as part of their work.
Teaching Methods and Materials
The course is based on communication scenarios inspired by the professional environment. Participants alternate between oral expression exercises, simulated meetings, short presentations, structured discussions, and writing assignments. A variety of materials—such as emails, professional documents, dialogues, and communication scenarios—help expand vocabulary and develop appropriate phrasing for each context. The instructor guides participants’ progress through targeted corrections and personalized feedback, paying particular attention to clarity of speech, the flow of conversation, and precision of language.
Assessment of Learning Outcomes
An initial assessment identifies participants’ language proficiency and their professional communication needs. Skills are progressively evaluated through comprehension exercises, oral presentations, written assignments, and role-playing scenarios. A final assessment evaluates the participant’s ability to present a professional topic, make a case, interact with a conversation partner, and write a structured message in English. Personalized feedback highlights the skills acquired and areas for further development.
Registration Procedures and Access Timeline
Registration is handled through Honest-Inn Academy. A preliminary consultation helps identify the participant’s expectations and verify that their English proficiency aligns with the skills covered in the training. The time between the registration request and the start of the training is generally 15 to 20 days, subject to available session dates and approval of the application.
