Employees, job seekers, recent graduates, and individuals undergoing career transition. Particularly suited for professionals who collaborate with different departments or stakeholders: hospitality, tourism, retail, services, and administrative roles.
Teaching Methods and Resources
Theoretical concepts, sharing of experiences, group exercises, and role-playing scenarios: conveying information, interdepartmental communication, participating in meetings, and group assignments. Role-playing and small-group work, with personalized feedback.
Assessment of Learning Outcomes
Initial assessment, followed by communication exercises, group projects, and role-playing scenarios. Final group role-playing scenario: conveying information, contributing to a shared organizational effort, and cooperating to achieve a defined objective.
Registration Procedures and Access Timeline
Registration is completed via the “Registration” tab on the website. The processing time is generally 15 to 20 days, subject to session availability.
