As the first point of contact and the hotel’s central hub, the front desk plays a vital role in the quality of the guest experience. From check-in to check-out, every interaction contributes to the hotel’s reputation and guest satisfaction.
This training course enables you to develop the skills essential to the smooth operation of a front desk, through real-life scenarios and hands-on exercises.
Target Audience
Receptionists, front desk agents, multi-tasking hospitality staff, job seekers, and individuals seeking career transitions. Also suitable for hospitality professionals responsible for guest reception, coordination, or customer follow-up.
Teaching Methods and Resources
Theoretical instruction, case studies, and role-playing scenarios based on the operations of a hotel. Participants practice guest reception, managing reservations, coordinating between departments, and check-out procedures. Role-playing exercises and examples of operational documents.
Assessment of Learning Outcomes
Initial assessment, followed by practical exercises, case studies, and simulations. Final simulation: assisting a guest, applying essential procedures, and coordinating the information necessary to ensure a smooth stay.
